How we work

Every order is sent from our own stock in England, including orders to Northern Ireland.

We sell only within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — and delivery is free to every UK address, with no minimum spend.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. This is the time it takes us to send your order — not a guaranteed delivery date.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

Our prices

Every price is in pounds sterling (£) and is the full amount you pay: delivery is free and nothing is added at checkout.

VAT: We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

We don't show 'was' prices, percentage discounts or countdown offers. The price you see is our everyday price.

Paying

You pay by card on this website's own checkout, in a secure payment form provided by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Brands

SwitchHarbour is an independent retailer. Brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
