Delivery

Delivery is free to every address in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There is no minimum spend and no extra charge for any part of the UK.

Where we deliver

We deliver only within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and islands.

We can't deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man or any other country. The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not part of the UK.

At checkout we check your full postcode against the official UK postcode records to confirm the address is in the UK before you can place an order.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free: £0.00 on every order, to every UK address. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — no delivery charge is added later.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch time: All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. This is the time it takes us to send your order — not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery time after dispatch: [Not yet provided: delivery time after dispatch, per UK nation if different]

Delivery company: [Not yet provided: delivery company(ies) used]

Unless we agree a different delivery date or period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order is accepted. This is your legal right.

If your delivery is late

If we don't deliver within the agreed time (or within 30 days if no time was agreed), you can give us a reasonable further period to deliver. If the agreed date was essential — for example, you told us so before ordering — or we refuse to deliver, you can cancel the order straight away and receive a full refund.

When the goods become yours

The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have asked us to deliver to. If anything is lost or damaged in transit before then, it is our problem to fix, not yours.

Please tell us as soon as you can if an item arrives damaged or something is missing, so we can put it right quickly. Doing so does not affect your legal rights.

Installation and recycling your old electricals

We don't currently offer installation or removal of old appliances.

Electrical waste take-back: [Not yet provided: how you meet electrical-waste take-back]

Please don't put old electrical items or batteries in your household bin. Your local council's recycling centre accepts them free of charge.
