When your order becomes binding
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between you and us is formed only when we email you to confirm we have accepted your order. If we can't accept your order — for example, the item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error — we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (£). The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay: delivery is free and no other charges are added.
VAT: [Not yet provided: VAT status] Any VAT due is always included in the price shown.
You pay by card (including Apple Pay or Google Pay where available) in Stripe's secure payment form when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details. You are charged in pounds sterling.
Stock
We show a maximum quantity per product based on the stock we hold. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full for anything we can't supply.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the UK only. See the Delivery page for details, including your rights if delivery is late. The goods are our responsibility until they're delivered to you.
Dispatch time: All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. This is the time it takes us to send your order — not a guaranteed delivery date.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. See Returns & refunds for how it works, and the cancellation form.
Faulty goods and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. See Returns & refunds for what to do if something is wrong.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights in relation to the goods.
We sell to consumers for domestic and private use. We're not responsible for business losses.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Wherever you live in the UK, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live.
